This Money-Back Guarantee Policy represents how users can cancel a subscription and refund their money. The Money-Back Guarantee Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use unless otherwise provided for therein.
If you purchased a subscription (which always includes a trial period) on our Website: please follow the link https://trhwatch.app/terminate and log in to your personal account using your payment email. After logging in, you need to cancel the subscription on your own by following the instructions. By using this method you can send us a subscription cancellation request during a 24-hour term before the end of your subscription plan's duration. We will consider your request, after which you will receive the instructions on canceling your subscription to avoid charges in the future.
Uninstalling the App doesn't automatically cancel your subscription - you need to follow the instructions above.
After you make a purchase directly on our website where the money-back option was presented to you, you are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
To request a refund please send an email to help@hubwf.app with 3 photos of different watch faces installed on your wrist, taken on different days during your subscription period. Photos must be sent as email attachments — not via messenger apps.
As a general rule, if you are from EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement with us within 14 days from the day you sign up for the App without giving reasons (the "Withdrawal Period"), unless the relevant exception apply in relation to the immediate supply of the digital content to you.

When you make a purchase of a single item of digital content in the App (such as a subscription to our services and downloads of the watch faces designs), you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately. As a result, you forfeit your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.
YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND YOU SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE (CONTENT).
Promotional payments made during checkout are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, the promotional fees charged for the 7-day trial, such as the standard promotional price of $6.99 or the discounted promotional price of $3.99, as well as any optional upsell purchases offered after the trial purchase, including additional content offers priced at $19.99 or, in some cases, $9.99. If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date, we will return the payment you made.
